Waterjet cutting is one of the fastest growing methods of profiling due to its incredible precision and no heat affected zone (HAZ).

With three waterjet cutting machines available in-house, our 7.3m x 2.4m machine is capable of cutting materials up to 200mm thick and has the capability to produce highly complex shapes.

The level of precision achieved when using waterjet cutting technology is generally considered superior to other profiling methods - with tolerances of +/- 0.1mm, making it the obvious choice where no melting, distorting or warping is paramount.
