DNA Metalwork are experts in laser cutting with over 23 flat-bed laser machines (including high speed cutting fibre lasers) available in-house.

Our extensive metal profiling capacity enables us to offer a variety of cost-effective laser cutting services including sheet, plate, tube and box section to customers nationwide, whether it's for small components or large batch orders.

High Speed Laser Cutting

Thanks to continuous investments in industry leading laser cutting technology, we have the capabilty to cut parts up to 6.5m x 2.5m x 25mm thick in stainless and mild steel, and up to 20mm in aluminium. With both fibre and CO2 Lasers at our disposal, we can offer high speed cutting on thin gauge laser cutting jobs as well as thicker profiles. Most of our flatbed laser machines are fully equipped with automated loading and part sorting, improving lead times and quality for our customers.

Large Format Laser Cutting

With the largest laser cutting machine in the UK available at our Rotherham based facility, we can also laser cut profiles of up to 20m long x 3.2m wide x 25mm thick in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Coupled with a bevel capability to 45 degrees, it is perfect for large parts and fabrication components.

Fast Quotations & Short Leadtimes

Thanks to the very high number of lasers at our disposal, and a team of 8 dedicated laser sales estimators, we can offer some of the fastest leadtimes in the market today. We hold vast amounts of stock mateterial and have most grades and thicknesses readily available for stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, and wear resistant steel which allows us to offer highly competitive rates and quick turnaround times.
