Following recent investments in the latest shot blasting, wet painting and powder coating technology, we have the capability to provide a high-quality finishing service to our customers.

Based at our headquarters in Rotherham, Yorkshire near Sheffield, our brand new shot blasting and wet painting facilities work in-line to reduce operational costs. With the capability to shot blast components up to 15m long x 6m wide x 4m high, and paint fabricated assemblies of up to 20m long x 6m wide x 5m high, our state-of-the-art machinery is ideal for blasting and painting large scale components. Our metal finishing services are all completed to ISO 9001:2018 and OSHAS 18001 standards.

The investment allows us to offer subcontract finishing services to a wide range of industries including rail, automotive, architectural, catering, defence to name but a few and we are the partner of choice for many local fabricators and profiling companies for all their metal finishing needs.

Our in-house shot blasting services are able to treat all metal to reveal any risk of corrosion and to remove any rust or paint. Shot blasting treatment can prepare and clean metal components and fabrications ahead of further treatment or painting.

We offer wet painting services for all metals as a cost effective finishing and treatment system following a primer, undercoat(s) and finish coat process. Our wet painting is available in a large variety of colours and provides long lasting results for a quality surface finish.

Utilising the latest automation technology, we also have the capability to powder coat components up to 1.5m high x 2.5m long x 800mm wide at our Lancashire based sister company.

Boasting two automatic reciprocators, a 90% powder recovery system and a 4 stage in-line pre-treatment plant, our paint line is extremely cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

We use various powders such as Epoxy, Polyester, and Polyurethane as well as architectural and made to order powders.

The range of colours we offer is virtually unlimited, and we specialise in the powder coating of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
