DNA Metalwork is the new subsidiary of contract manufacturing specialist MTL Advanced, providing metal profiling and sheet metalwork services to a broad range of industries based in the North East of England, near Sheffield.

Based at a 300,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility with 30 acres of land in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, we are ideally placed to serve our nationwide customer base.

We provide a wide range of metal profiling and processing services including laser, waterjet, plasma and flame cutting as well as CNC machining, welding/fabrication, press braking, shot blasting, powder coating and wet painting.

With an extensive in-house profiling capacity including 21+ flat-bed laser cutters, 2 tube laser machines, 1 robotic plasma tube cutter, 4 waterjet cutting machines and 24 press brakes, we are well placed to meet your metalworking requirements.

We also have 40+ CNC machining centres and 12 robotic welding cells working around the clock, adding further value to our customers and enabling us to offer a true one-stop-shop service.

Following recent investments in shot blasting and wet painting facilities, we have the capability to blast/paint components up to 15m long x 6m wide x 4m high as well as the capacity to powder coat components up to 1.5m high x 2.5m long x 800mm.
